2 May 2025 - A morning assembly was held for students with the Head of Department (Mechanical), Ts Mohd Nazri bin Salim, at the ILP Tangkak Multipurpose Hall.
According to Ts Mohd Nazri bin Salim, ILP Tangkak students must place strong emphasis on good attitude, particularly in showing commitment during workshop sessions, effective time management, and consistently demonstrating competence in their respective skill areas.
He further stated that it is crucial for students to be proficient and skilled in their chosen fields, and to master the training modules thoroughly—especially during final assessments—to ensure that ILP Tangkak produces high-quality graduates who meet the demands of the industry.

30 April 2025 - Congratulations to the Peer Counsellor Club (PRS) of ILP Tangkak for successfully conducting the Empower Our Self Slot Programme.
This slot aimed to provide students with opportunities in command and control (giving instructions and managing situations), which indirectly enhanced students' soft skills in communication, leadership, programme management, and boosted their self-confidence.
The Empower Our Self Programme empowered students with the ability to complete assigned tasks, work in teams, and learn to make accurate choices and decisions in line with KESUMA’s goal of producing sustainable, high-quality, and productive graduates.

21 April 2025 - The Syariah Crime Intervention Programme was organised by the Psychology Management Unit with a visit to the Syariah Court in Muar, involving 40 students from the Welding Technology Certificate and Metal Fabrication Technology Certificate programmes.
This programme aimed to expose students to the laws and syariah offences frequently committed by youths.
Throughout the programme, students had the opportunity to listen to actual court case proceedings and engage in Q&A sessions with lawyers and judges on topics related to syariah law, punishments, and common offences committed by students.
The programme had a positive impact by raising awareness among students, encouraging them to be more cautious, disciplined, and capable of managing their thoughts, emotions, and behaviours in a rational manner to empower their daily lives.
