March 3, 2024 - Congratulations to the ILP Tangkak Tug of War Team for their first participation in the Tug of War Competition held at Merlimau Polytechnic organised by the Merlimau Pasir Residents' Association in cooperation with Jasin Youth.

26-28 February 2024 - ILP Tangkak has received a Verification Visit from Inspection Officers consisting of 3 ILP Selandar officers and one from ILP Bukit Katil led by Pn Noor Fazidah Binti Husin.

This visit was held to review the assessment and training system based on CGPA, review the assessment of the Malaysian Skills Certification System for the lowest level single certification program for the Malaysian Skills Certificate program.

Thank you to all four officers who attended.The feedback and responses will be refined and improved for future times to guarantee the quality of the assessment and training system at ILP Tangkak.

23-25 Feb 2024 - The Johor State Graduate Association in collaboration with ILP Tangkak organized a program called TVET Youth Motivation Course held at Taman Lagenda Gunung Ledang for 3 days and 2 nights. The program started on 23 February 2024 to 25 February 2024.

The course organized aims to strengthen the identity of TVET students, increase students' self-confidence, enhance soft skills and students' potential.

A total of 35 selected students involved majority from 1st semester students of Metal Fabrication Technology, Mechatronic Technology, Polymer Technology and Welding Technology students.

This course was also assisted by Puan Noorashikin binti Saari, Psychological Officer of ILP Tangkak and Mr Ameeruddin bin Huri, Assistant Sports Youth Officer of ILP Tangkak
