13–17 October 2025 - CONGRATULATIONS!
ADTEC JTM Tangkak Campus extends its highest congratulations and commendation to our officer, Mr Abdul Halim bin Abdullah, for his active role in a key site visit in preparation for the JTM ICT infrastructure upgrade project.

Mr Abdul Halim bin Abdullah joined the JTM ICT Network and Security Talent Group alongside Mr Zakaria bin Hamzah (ADTEC JTM Selandar Campus) in the Site Visit for Phase 1 of the Network Infrastructure Upgrade and Switch Room Renovation Project at ADTEC JTM Batu Pahat Campus.

This five-day working visit aimed to ensure smooth planning and implementation of the upgrade project scheduled for 2026. The delegation’s role was critical in:

• Conducting a detailed assessment of the existing network structure and equipment
• Collecting key technical data to prepare accurate tender specifications
• Surveying and identifying strategic locations for upgrades and new installations
• Holding preliminary discussions with campus representatives on project needs and expectations

Phase 1 of the Upgrade Project is a strategic initiative by the Department of Manpower (JTM) and will involve five (5) ADTEC JTM campuses.

Our officer’s active involvement in this delegation reflects ADTEC JTM Tangkak Campus's commitment to supporting JTM's efforts to enhance ICT infrastructure. It is hoped that this meticulous planning will improve network efficiency and reliability across the involved campuses and fully support JTM’s digital transformation goals.

16 October 2025 - In conjunction with the 2025 SPM Focus Student Academic Discussion Day

13–15 October 2025 - ADTEC JTM Tangkak Campus received the 2025 Accrual Accounting Compliance Audit visit from the National Accounting Department of Malaysia (Johor Branch).

15 October 2025 - A total of 21 second-semester students from the Welding Technology programme of ADTEC JTM Tangkak Campus took part in an educational visit to Power Booster Engineering and Maintenance Sdn Bhd, located in Krubong, Melaka. The visit aimed to reinforce theoretical knowledge acquired in class by observing real-world industrial practices.

According to information received:
Power Booster Engineering and Maintenance Sdn Bhd is an engineering and construction company providing a range of technical services to the oil and gas industry.

May this visit provide valuable insights into industry demands and future directions, in line with efforts to produce a skilled workforce that meets both industrial and local community needs.
