An Award of Best Design in MJII Robofighto Competition 2024
19-20 October 2024 - ILP Tangkak Robot Team was given the Best Design Award Category in the MJII Robofighto Competition 2024 which was held at MARA Japan Industrial Institute (MJII), Branang, Selangor.
Two teams were registered and both teams made it to semi-finals. Much to learn and improve. ILP Tangkak will continue to achieve greater success in the robocon arena along various other technical fields involved.

ILP Tangkak Champion in the 'Low Carbon Challenge @Tangkak' Competition
October 5, 2024 - Congratulations to ILP Tangkak on winning the 'Low Carbon Challenge @Tangkak' in the Government Building Category, organised by the Urban and Landscape Planning Department, Tangkak District Council, in conjunction with the Amazing Tangkak Festival 2024 through the 'Multipurpose Agroporter' project.
The 'Multipurpose Agroporter' project aims to promote innovation and research in the field of EV and agroporter technology, as well as to raise awareness about the importance of environmental conservation among the farming community and to create new job opportunities in the maintenance and management of EV technology.

Worldskills Malaysia Selangor Advanced Skills (SAS2024)
12-14 July 2024 - ILP Tangkak Mechatronic Technology has sent 2 teams to the Worldskills Malaysia Mechatronics Qualification Competition which took place at the Selangor Technical Skills Development Center Shah Alam (SDTCx).
Mechatronic Technology students were represented by Zatie Iffah Hadirah Binti Zairani Nor, Muhammad Shah Ezairy Bin Abdulah from Semester 1 and Ahmad Shahrul Bin AB. Shatar, Muhammad Syahrul Amri Bin Mohd Ali from Semester 2. Both teams were guided by Tn. Mr. Zamry Bin Zakaria and Pn Sahzaiha Binti Shahrom as trainers and Head of Mechatronics Division Mr. Ahmad Mohsin Bin Moud Yusoff gave a lot of encouragement and enthusiasm to the team.

An annual programme organised by the Ministry of Youth and Sports that involves all students of ILKBS Youth and Sports Skills Training Institutions and is also open to school students, Higher Education Institutions (IPTs) and Skills Training Institutions (ILKs) across the country. For information in 2024 this Invention competition has received a total of 578 entries and 18 teams selected to the final stage.
The Closing Ceremony Speech & Prize Presentation of Youth Challenge 2024 (Y RoboC' 24) & Innovation Development Through Educational Activities (iDEA'24) was completed by YB Adam Adli Bin Abd Halim as Deputy Minister of Youth and Sports Malaysia.
Hopefully the exposure given to students in participating in competitions like this will give a more creative and innovative generation.

16 -17 May 2024 - ILP Tangkak has delivered 2 Innovation projects and successfully embraced the Gold Medal for both entries at the 35th International Invention, Innovation & Technology Exhibition (ITEX 2024) involving 15 countries which was held at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre (KLCC).
Well done and congratulations to the ILP Tangkak Computer Technology (Network) and Mechatronics Technology School for the success of making the name of ILP Tangkak famous in the international arena out of 700 innovation projects from around the world that competed.

Well done and Congratulations to the 2 ILP Tangkak Innovation Teams from the Division of Metal Fabrication Technology and Mechatronic Technology for their success in the International Innovation And Invention Competition Through Exhibition 2023 (iCompEx 2023) held at the Sultan Abdul Halim Mu'adzam Shah Polytechnic on 4-6 July 2023.
The Jig Fixture Assembly Project from the Metal Fabrication Technology Department and the Multipurpose Heavy Duty Convenyor With IOT for Heavy Industry Project from the Mechatronics Technology Department have been awarded with the Silver Medal.

The 34th Invention, Innovation & Technology Exhibition (ITEX 2023) took place at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Center (KLCC) on 11 to 12 May 2023. Tangkak Industrial Training Institute participated in the Innovation Project 𝑲𝒊𝒏𝒆𝒕𝒊𝒄 𝑬𝒍𝒆𝒄𝒕𝒓𝒊𝒄𝒊𝒕𝒚 𝑮𝒆𝒏𝒆𝒓𝒂𝒕𝒐𝒓 𝑮𝒆𝒏𝒆𝒓𝒂𝒕𝒐𝒓 𝑮𝒆𝒏𝒆𝒓𝒂𝒕𝒐𝒓 𝒘𝒊𝒕𝒉 𝑰𝒐𝑻 𝑺𝒚𝒔𝒕𝒆𝒎 𝑺𝒚𝒔𝒕𝒆𝒎 and has managed to win gold medals in the competition.

Well done and Congratulations to 2 Tangkak ILP Innovation Teams for their success in the Creativity & Innovation Competition 2023 (CITEC) 2023 organized by the Department of Human Resources.
The Kinetic Electricity Generator (KINEG) Project Using Domestic Ceiling Fan Integrated With IOT Monitoring was awarded with Platinum Award and the Smart Vacuum Forming Training Kit Project won the Bronze Medal.

Congratulation to Mr. Mohamad Sabrie Bin Hazizan Semester 5 Student of Computer Technology (Network), on winning the Gold Medal in IT Network System Administration ASEAN in Hanoi 2014 which Indirectly qualified for the World Skill Competition in Sao Paulo, Brazil which was held on 11-16 August 2015.
Citec 2014 - ILP Ledang Won Silver and Bronze Medals in Creativity and Innovation Technology Competition
ILP Ledang Motorsports team won second place in the Drag Racing Championship 1.6 Open category in Kampung Gajah Perak on 20 April 2014.
7 June 2015, the same team manage to win two podiums in MUSC Drag Battle In Taiping perak which were 1.6 open category (1st) and 1.8 open category (2nd). At the same time, our team successfully beat the National fastest ET recorded by previous holder In the 1.6 category 8.3 seconds. Living on the fast lane. Congratulations.
