Talentime Competition: Searching for Students’ Golden Talent – Week One

6 May 2026 – The first week of the Talentime competition opened with the Poetry Recitation Competition and the Golden Voice of Emceeing Competition. This programme received active participation from selected workshop students, thereby highlighting the potential and hidden talents among the campus community.

The competition aims to develop students’ talents holistically, whilst producing new potential successors in the fields of performing arts and emceeing. It is also hoped that this initiative will further enliven campus life at Tangkak Campus with impactful and competitive activities.

Weekly Programme – ADTEC JTM Tangkak Campus Staff Briskwalk

6 May 2026 - The weekly Briskwalk activity for ADTEC JTM Tangkak Campus staff was successfully continued, organised by the CADD Mechanical Technology (Manufacturing) Workshop. This programme is part of an ongoing initiative to cultivate a healthy lifestyle among the campus community.

The encouraging participation reflects ADTEC staff’s commitment to maintaining physical well-being and strengthening camaraderie through healthy and beneficial recreational activities.

Career Preparation Workshop 1/2026

The Psychology Management Unit, ADTEC Tangkak, held a Career Preparation Workshop to equip final-semester students from 4 to 6 May 2026 at the Resource Centre Computer Lab as an ‘armoury’ before they become graduates.

With certified counsellors, students explored key aspects:
- Writing a strong CV and LI application letter.
- Organising certificate files neatly and systematically.
- Effective communication techniques.
- The secrets to winning over interviewers.

Now that you have the knowledge, it’s time to put it into practice! Congratulations to all participants for their commitment throughout the workshop.

A Bouquet of Kindness, A Beautiful Memory, A Million Appreciations Ceremony

5 May 2026 – The poignant and meaningful moment arrived — a ceremony to celebrate a long journey of service and sacrifice, the Retirement Ceremony for a respected and esteemed officer, Mr Wan Ismail Bin Wan Alias. Throughout nearly 25 years of service, he contributed various services and dedication with full commitment, dedication and sincerity in carrying out his responsibilities.

This ceremony not only serves as a token of appreciation for all the contributions made, but also as a cherished memory for the entire ADTEC JTM Tangkak Campus community who had the opportunity to work with him. Our endless gratitude for all the efforts and sacrifices poured out for the excellence of the organisation.

May all the experiences and memories throughout his service become an inspiration for future generations.

Religious Programme: Solat Reboot (Pronunciation of Obligatory Prayers and Takbiratul Ihram)

28 April 2026 - Alhamdulillah, the Solat Reboot Programme was successfully conducted with great devotion and enthusiasm by the students of ADTEC JTM Tangkak Campus.

In this session, students were given specific emphasis on improving the pronunciation of the obligatory prayers when performed individually, as an imam, and as a makmum, as well as the takbiratul ihram.

In addition, students were also exposed to common mistakes made during the recitation of the prayer and the takbiratul ihram, along with guidance on the correct and proper method of recitation.

May this small effort be a means towards more perfect prayers that are accepted by Allah SWT.
