9 March 2026 - The spirit of volunteerism and sustainability continues to be strengthened! Throughout the Ramadan month, ADTEC JTM Tangkak Campus, through the ESG Team, in collaboration with Pertubuhan Hayati Alam and Majlis Daerah Tangkak, successfully organized the Green Ramadan 2026 program at the Sagil Recycling Center, Tangkak.

The program was also supported by lecturers and student volunteers from Kolej Komuniti Pagoh, emphasizing the importance of sharing expertise to ensure the success of the program.

Through the active involvement of student volunteers (MPP & PRS) led by Mrs. Noorashikin binti Saari, the process of sorting clothing donations from campus staff was carried out smoothly. Technical collaboration with Dr. Hayati binti Salleh (Chairman of Akademi Hayati Alam) ensured that every item was managed systematically before being handed over to beneficiaries.

This program is not only a welfare activity but also a manifestation of our commitment to ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) agenda in building a more caring and sustainable community.

6 March 2026 - ADTEC JTM Tangkak Campus continues to strengthen local educational institutions through a series of courtesy visits to SMK Sagil and SMK Bukit Gambir.

 

The session provided an excellent platform to exchange views and align skills development initiatives for the future of young generations.

6 March 2026 - The Student Representative Council organized a Hafazan Competition as part of the Ihya' Ramadan Program to promote the appreciation of the Ramadan month among students. The competition involved the recitation of surahs from Surah Ad-Dhuha to Surah Al-Fil. To ensure balanced participation, each workshop sent two representatives, one male and one female student, to participate in the competition. The participants recited their hafazan in front of the judges with confidence and enthusiasm. The competition was judged by two experienced judges, Mr. Muhammad Syafiq bin Wagimi and Mrs. Shakila binti Zainal, who assessed the participants based on fluency, tajwid, and confidence.

The objectives of the competition were:
- To encourage students to memorize and understand the verses of the Quran.
- To instill interest and love for the Quran among students.
- To enliven the Ihya' Ramadan program with beneficial and spiritual activities.

It is hoped that programs like this will inspire students to continue to draw closer to the Quran and make it a daily practice. Additionally, the program is expected to produce students who are knowledgeable, virtuous, and committed to Islamic teachings.

Congratulations to all participants who demonstrated effort and commitment throughout the competition. May this effort be blessed and become a means to continue loving the Quran.

6 March 2026 - The Al-Quran Recitation Program continues with the active participation of students from the Computer Technology (Networking) course. This program aims to cultivate the habit of reciting the Quran and increase understanding of its message among students, while strengthening their bond with the holy book of Islam.

The program began with a joint Quran recitation session, where students had the opportunity to improve their recitation and appreciate the meaning of the verses. This was followed by a tadabbur session to understand the lessons contained in Surah Al-Baqarah verses 70-88.

Some of the main lessons shared include:

- The story of the Cow and the Murder Case of the Jews, where they made things difficult for themselves by asking trivial questions about the characteristics of the cow commanded by Allah to be slaughtered to solve the murder case. The incident of the dead body being struck by part of the cow and coming back to life is a clear proof of Allah's power to revive the dead.
- The Extreme Hardness of Heart, where despite witnessing various miracles and signs of Allah's greatness, their hearts remained hard and stubborn, even harder than stone, making it difficult for them to receive guidance.
- The Distortion of the Book and Arrogance, where some Jewish scholars distorted the contents of the Taurat to gain worldly benefits. They were also arrogant, claiming that the fire of hell would only touch them for a few days.
- Violating Allah's Covenant, where the Jews betrayed their covenant with Allah by killing each other and expelling their own people from their homeland. They were also hypocritical, believing in part of the book and rejecting other teachings.
- Killing Prophets and Rejecting Truth, where their arrogance led them to deny and even kill some of the prophets sent to them. They also rejected the prophethood of Muhammad SAW due to jealousy, as he was not from their nation.

May this program enable students to learn from the stories in the Quran and make it a guide in their daily lives.
